MEDICLO Update Notification from Santek

Thank you for your continued use of MEDICLO. This is Santek Technology Co., Ltd., the company behind the Santek Shop. We are reaching out to inform you that a new software update is now available for your device.
Update Overview
- Product: [MEDICLO]
- Model Numbers: JT070F-C01, JT101F-C01
- Software Version after Update: 2.1.3.27
- Contents: Fix for a rare issue
- Note: A pop-up may appear during the update process. Please follow the steps in "Step 3" to complete the update when prompted.
- Touch [Settings] from the menu screen.
- In the settings screen, click [About].
- Under version, click [Check for Updates].
- If an update is available, a "Search for new version" screen will appear.
- On the "Search for new version" screen, touch [Download]. The new version will be downloaded. This download may take 5 to 10 minutes.
- Once the download is complete, the screen will switch to the "Install" screen.
Touch [OK] on the "Install" screen.。 - After installation is complete, the device will automatically restart and return to the menu screen. The update will be finished.
- After the update, please unplug and replug the power. This will not affect your settings or image data. Wait at least 5 seconds before plugging the power back in.
